Charity Fundraising
To ensure that at all times we comply fully with the law, we only hire our fun casino for fundraising events
under the following terms :
If any charge is made for entry to the event or as a gaming "buy-in" the organisers of the event must be a registered charity.
We will need to see documentary evidence of this charitable status.
An official representative or committee member of the charity must be present at all times during fun gaming.
The fun casino must not be the only, or main, entertainment offered to guests as an inducement to attend the event.
It shall be the responsibility of the event organisers to advertise the event (locally only), and sell advance admission tickets,
and supply and award prizes.
In any advertising for the event the word CASINO must always be preceeded by the word FUN, PRIZE or CHARITY.
Admission to the event must be by ticket only.
A representative / volunteer of the charity group must be available to act as casino cashier for the duration of the event.
The duties of the "cashier" shall include collecting all "buy-ins" and issuing table buy-in vouchers / tickets and player credit notes.
Organisers must supply secure table buy-in vouchers / tickets.
Under no circumstances may cash prizes be offered or given. We require advance notification of prizes to be offered.
No persons under the age of sixteen (16) years may participate in any charity event fun gaming.

Our advice to charity event organisers
When hiring a fun casino as part of the entertainment for your charity fundraising event you should aim to cover the expense
of the fun casino hire, fun casino prizes, any food / meals and the other entertainment offered from the advance sale of
event admission tickets. Fun gaming buy-ins (read "charitable donations") on the day are then "profit" for your charity.
Your guests buy-in for cash at your cashier, and are given a ticket which they exchange for chips at their chosen table.
They then play our games throughout the event, buying-in again as often as they wish to.
At the end of play all chips are added up to determine the biggest winners who are then awarded a prize.
A quick, exciting and lucrative way of raising funds for your charity is to have a few Roulette Lotto's during your event.
These are best done at the start and finish of each fun gaming session.
You simply sell all 37 numbers on the roulette wheel at, for example, £ 1.00 each.
The roulette ball is spun and the buyer of the winning number wins a prize.
Why not try and get a local business to sponsor your event.
In return for them donating a few prizes their name could be printed on your admission tickets and buy-in vouchers.

Please check our terms & conditions carefully as bookings are only taken under the rules laid down there.
