Marilena Harbun, Fun Casino Entertainer - Terms & Conditions Of Hire
Please read carefully as bookings are only taken under these terms
 
Provisional Booking
Provisional bookings may be made via email or telephone. Once it is established that the fun casino is available for your chosen date at your event location a total price, including any mileage charges and refundable equipment deposit, will be quoted and you will be given details of where to send your booking deposit cheque, which I must receive within five (5) days for the provisional booking to proceed at the agreed price.
Upon clearance of deposit payment you will be sent, via post, an acknowledgment of said payment and two copies of my Terms & Conditions Of Hire, one of which you must sign and return to me. As soon as I receive this signed copy I will confirm your booking in writing.
 
Booking Deposit
I require a deposit of £150.00 to secure a one or two table booking. Third table deposit of £60.00
 
Outstanding Balance
A cheque for the outstanding balance, including refundable equipment deposit, must be received no later than twenty-one (21) days before event.
 
Methods Of Payment
The only method of payment I accept is a cheque in Pound Sterling drawn on a United Kingdom bank.
 
Refundable Excess Time / Equipment Damage / Loss Deposit
A £100.00 refundable deposit is charged to cover damage to tables, loss of gaming chips (£1.00 each), and any charges for waiting time that may occur.
Damage to equipment will be charged at replacement cost plus labour charges.
Equipment deposit refund cheque will be sent to you within fourteen (14) days after your event.
 
Cancellations
Cancellations may only be made in writing via post and are subject to the following charges :
Booking deposits are not refundable if you cancel fewer than three weeks (twenty-one (21) days) prior to event. Any other monies paid will be refunded in full.
Bookings cancelled between three weeks (twenty-one (21) days) and six weeks (forty-two (42) days) prior to event will incur a cancellation fee of £30.00
Bookings cancelled more than six weeks (forty-two (42) days) prior to event will incur a cancellation fee of £20.00
Date of cancellation shall be the date I receive cancellation letter.
 
Distance Travelled To Event
Prices published on this website are for events at suitable venues (my discretion) within thirty (30) miles of Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Postcode B60 3GU
Travel to event venues between thirty (30) miles and seventy (70) miles of my base will be charged at £1.00 per full mile in excess of the first thirty miles.
Travel over seventy (70) miles will be charged at £2.00 for each full mile in excess of the first seventy (70) miles.

Event Schedule Allowed For In Our Published Rates
The hire prices published on this website are for three (3) hours of fun casino gaming finished by 2330 hrs.
To achieve this fun gaming tuition, if required, must commence by 2005 hrs at the latest.
These prices are dependant upon fun gaming tuition commencing within one hour (60 minutes) of my being allowed access to the venue in order to set-up fun casino. Strip-down of fun casino must be allowed to commence within fifteen (15) minutes of the end of fun gaming.
Please refer to Waiting Time Charges section on this page for details of extra charges applied for timings in addition to the above limits.
Last three spins on Roulette, and last three hands on Blackjack, will be called at any time within the last five (5) minutes of the hired period of play, the exact timing of this announcement will be at my discretion and dependant upon table action at the time.
The package standard three hours of fun gaming will be dealt in one session. If you would prefer to enjoy your three hours of fun gaming in two sessions, perhaps either side of a meal, please calculate additional cost of this from my published Waiting Time Charges.
 
Fun Gaming Tuition
To ensure your guest's get the most out of their fun casino experience I offer fun gaming tuition at no extra charge.
Tuition for two games takes around twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) minutes.
Client must confirm that fun gaming tuition is required at time of booking.
In order that fun gaming finish by the 2330 hrs deadline quoted for on this website, fun gaming tuition must commence by 2005hrs.
Fun gaming will commence immediately after fun gaming tuition ends.
Any delay (after 2005 hrs) in fun gaming tuition commencing, not attributable to me, will result in client being given one choice of the following three options :
1. Continue with fun gaming tuition and pay applicable late night play supplement.
2. Continue with fun gaming tuition and lose equivalent amount of fun gaming time.
3. Cancel fun gaming tuition and commence immediately with full three hours of fun gaming.
Fun gaming tuition cannot be swopped / substituted for extra fun gaming.
 
Additional Fun Gaming
Additional fun gaming time can be purchased in thirty (30) minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate published on my Prices page.
Additional fun gaming time can only be guaranteed if ordered at time of booking.
Please note : If additional fun gaming time is purchased client must accept that one or more tables may be closed for several minutes, at any time, in order to allow croupiers to "refresh themselves". I will of course ensure that customer receives extra time purchased in full.
 
Late Night Play Supplement
For play after 2330 hrs I charge a late night supplement of £5.00 per table per hour in fifteen (15) minute, or part thereof, increments.
I do not charge this late night supplement on extra fun gaming time purchased.
 
Waiting Time Charges
The hire prices quoted on this website are based upon fun gaming or fun gaming tuition commencing within one hour (60 minutes) of my being allowed access to the venue in order to set-up fun casino. Strip-down of fun casino must be allowed to commence within fifteen (15) minutes of the end of fun gaming.
Waiting time in excess of these limits will be charged, in fifteen (15) minute, or part thereof, minimum increments, at £10.00 per table per hour.
 
Minimum Space Requirements For Hire
It is an essential condition of booking that the client visits my Minimum Space Required page and satisfies themself that sufficient space for the tables being hired is available at the venue.
I cannot, and will not, accept responsibility for failure to supply hire due to there being insufficient or inapropriate space for my tables at any venue.
If I am unable to "work" an event due to insufficient / unsuitable space customer shall forfeit 70% of hire charges.
No refund of any travel charges will be made.
 
Vehicular Access & Parking
Published prices are for events at venues where a transit sized van can legally and safely unload / load within seven (7) metres (21 feet) of an entrance, which is within a reasonable distance (no more than a one minute walk), and on the same floor / level of the room being utilised for the fun casino.
If free parking is not available on-site then any parking fees will be charged to the client at cost.
 
Non Ground Floor Hire
Roulette hire is only available at ground floor venues, unless a suitable lift is available for use.
Blackjack hire is available at venues up one flight of stairs. I charge an extra £10.00 for this if no lift is available.
 
Bank Holiday Hire
Hire on Bank Holiday Mondays, and Saturday or Sunday on English Bank Holiday weekends will incur a 10% surcharge on all rates, including travel charges.
 
Player Buy-Ins
Unless you request "free play" I shall implement my standard system of player table buy-ins.
Charity fundraisers must supply their own secure buy-in vouchers / tickets.
 
Other Points To Note
For safety reasons I do not allow any person to be seated at my tables at any time. I of course make an exception to this rule for wheelchair bound players.
To protect my valuable equipment I do not allow any food, drinks or cigarettes / cigars to be placed on or over my tables at any time.
It shall be the responsibility of the client to arrange with the hire venue that tables are made available on which player's can place their drinks / food whilst playing my games.
I do not supply any prizes, nor do I supply any lighting or music.
During play I will at my discretion, from time to time, decide to rotate croupiers between different tables / games.
I will always endeavour to do this with the absolute minimum of disruption to play.
I charge an additional fee for hire at venues inside the M25, full details on London page.
Any costs incurred for road tolls, vehicle parking, London congestion charge, etc. will be charged to the customer at cost.

Very Important
In placing a booking the customer accepts that in the unlikely event that I am unable, for any reason whatsoever, irrespecive of who is to blame, to provide the services, as advertised on this website and contracted between us (confirmed in writing upon my receipt of a signed copy of my Terms and Conditions of Hire), my liability shall be strictly limited to a full refund, or pro-rata refund (as circumstances dictate), of any monies paid.
